Neighbors,
We received a report today that numerous kids were climbing on the brick mailbox enclosure near the Redwood entry. 
It is requested that you keep them off the brick enclosures throughout the neighborhood to prevent damage and possible injury. We don’t have any record of injuries related to climbing on the enclosures, but we have seen costly damage in the past. All of the mailboxes were replaced at a cost to the HOA of about $2,000 and we don’t want to repeat that. 
The Board of Directors asks that ALL neighbors ensure that kids don’t climb on the enclosures. If you see kids on the enclosures or see them doing any manner of damage to the mailboxes, direct them to get off or stop.
