                                                   Architectural Change Requests

If you are making ANY EXTERIOR CHANGES to your property or removing ANY trees larger than 6" in diameter you must submit an Architectural Change Request to the Architectural Control Committee using the ACC Change Request Form/Process found below (either print the PDF form or complete as a MS Word document).

Your Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee have developed a simple, efficient process for submitting and reviewing requests.  Completed applications that are submitted by e-mail are typically reviewed within a week to ten days.

The attached Architectural Change Application Form provides step-by-step instructions for submitting a request for approval of ANY EXTERIOR CHANGES, (sheds, fences, play structures, home additions, gazebos, pergolas,  landscaping, hardscaping, tree removal, exterior color changes, exterior style changes, swimming pools, hot tubs, etc.)
