Annual Assessment


Homeowners present and voting by proxy approved the 2024 budget and  the annual assessment was set at $600/$325 for full early payments made by January 31, 2024 by homeowners with no outstanding ACC violations. 

Payments made after January 31st or by homeowners with outstanding ACC violations will be $600.

The intent of the early payment option is to ensure adequate funds are available in the HOA account to pay bills.
